Do you guys do construction yourselves? If not, how would you know what we need?

Great question! First of yes, the owners husband remodels homes to flip or rent out. But that is not the source of our knowledge. The owner has deep knowledge from experience of doing this for years, works with several contractors and can tell you how you compare. She teaches the staff to know how to do all things job costing with customized spreadsheets and SOPs so that the workflow is simple and reduces errors.

I don even know what we need, I just know the financials don’t always make sense. Can you guide me or can you only pull reports I ask for?

Not only will we guide you, we will let you know why, and we will show you how to review your financials within minutes to have a clear idea of how the business is doing. We will align your financials to help you have this readabilty.

The last bookkeeping firm kept changing my contact person, will I have the same person or will I have tossed around?

I wish we could say it would always and forever be the same person, but lets be real, thats just not possible. However, won’t move you around unless there are capacity issues, the employee leaves the firm or other unforeseen situations. The difference with us though is that you still have accss to Carry, the owner. She will make sure you are in good hands, even if it means jumping and doing the work herself.
