It's much easier then you may think!

STEP ONE

Schedule a FREE consultation. We can discuss your needs and concerns.

STEP TWO

If you think we might be a good fit for your needs, we will ask some more specific questions to find which of our services will best help accomplish what you shared with us in step 1.

STEP THREE

We will create a customized bid based on your needs. This bid can be adjusted as needed to fit your price range by adjusting few of the services we offer.

STEP FOUR

Once a price is agreed upon; you will sign an agreement and our team will get started.

STEP FIVE

We will compile a list of items we need from you. This will include; view only bank access, QBO access, access to other Apps you want us to manage, past statements, and so on.

STEP SIX

Next; we will get familiar with your books and your current process. Then we will suggest areas where you could improve your workflows and create a work flow document for you.

STEP SEVEN

We're almost there. Next; we will review the new customized process with you and your team. This includes where to put files, the proper work flows in QBO, and so forth. Plus you will be able to address any areas of concern at this point, so that we can tweak your new process.

STEP EIGHT

That's it! Sit back and relax knowing we can take it from there. The process can take anywhere from 1-3 months but we promise to do all of the heavy lifting!

WHY HIRE A VIRTUAL BOOKKEEPER?

They save you money! An in-house bookkeeper generally cost over $2000 a month and we can do it for way less then that. Plus, an Online bookkeeper usually has more experience with cloud-based accounting since that's what they do all day.

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU?

The biggest responsibility you will have is getting us the documents and information we need. However, we make this very easy for you. Often times you can do it right from your phone.

AM I STUCK IN A CONTRACT?

While there is a signed contract for project based bookkeeping, there is never a fee for ending monthly services.
